A. Management Trainee (MTP)

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, min. GPA 2.8.
• 2 Years experience at production, process engineering, QA, preferably at Japanese companies.
• Familiar with continous improvement and problem solving tools.

B. Secretary (SEC)

• Bachelor degree (preferred).
• Computer skill; spreadsheet, word processing, presentation under both open office and microsoft.
• Book keeping skill, office administration and business ethics.
• Proficient English spoken and written. A 3rd language (Japanese or French) will be an advantage.
• Female, having 3 years experience in the same position.

C. Draftsman (DRF)

• Minimal Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of experience.
• Can read Technical drawing, operate Auto Cad & use Measuring devices.

D. IT Programmer for HR (HOLA)

• Bachelor degree (preferred) majoring in Information Engineering, GPA. Min 3.0.
• Well versed in the language of web-based program.
• To design HR computerized systems and web-based computer program.
• Minimum 2 years experience in computer programming.

E. HSE Representative (HSE)

• Bachelor engineering degree.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and analytical skills of using 5 whys, fish bone,etc.
• Good understanding of all HSE related methods, systems and regulation; preferably certified ISO, OHSAS & K3.
• Computer literate and a good user of spreadsheet, word processing & presentation.
• Advance level of use of English both verbal and writting.

F. QA Auditor (QAA)

• Bachelor engineering degree, preferable in Metallurgy.
• Significant experience in implementing ISO 9001 and use of 7 QC tools.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and procedures.
• Strong skills in word processor, spreadsheet, presentation.
• Experienced user of English language both / spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferable from oil and gas industry.

G. NDT Specialist

• Bachelor engineering degreee and ASNT level 2 certification.
• Computer skills in word processor, spreadsheet, presentation.
• Experienced user of English language, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years experience in NDT specialist/NDT technician.
