Requirements:

• Male (AO&ME), Male/Female (FM).
• Age min 29 years old (FM) & max 27 years old (AO).
• A degree holder in Accounting subject (FM).
• Has minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the same position (FM).
• Able to extablish proper procedures and guidelines in terms of purchasing, capital expenditure planning and implementation, annual budgets and forecast (FM).
• Proficient in English and Mandarin is advantage.
• To have excellent numeric, literacy and keyboard skills, possesing MS Excel (essential).
• Knowledge of IS systems such as ACCPAC Accounting Software (FM).
• Min Diploma (ME) and Min Senior High School (AO).
• Able to use computer & able to speak English.
• At least 2 years experience (ME).
• Familiar with mechanical, electrical, design, planning & supervision (ME).

• Ensure the project output meets the needs of the customer's/client's organization and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization and ensure the project business benefits are realized.
• Liaise with clients for project plan and review.
• Review documentation and procedure required for projects/contracts.
• Schedule, coordinate and monitor all project activities, follow up problem that may affect to daily output target.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science or related field.
• Previous project experience in the Oil and Gas Industry for minimal 5 years in similar role.
• Excellent computer skills, project software documentation.
• Prefer in English both verbal and written.
• Conversant with international codes and standards (ASME, API, DNV, etc).
• Strong managerial ability.
• Able to communicate effectively with globally diverse clients, contractors and suppliers.
