F-C Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions.
• To lead and manage the Batam finance team.
• Responsible for the full set of accounts includes Account payable, account receivable, inventory, fixed asset register, Budgeting, CAPEX tracking and general ledger.
• Control, examines and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• To ensure timely submission of financial and management reports to the corporates office.
• To ensure compliance with local statutory corporate, audit and tax requirements on a timely basis.
• Implementing and enhancing internal controls over all aspect of the operations.
• Familiar with local tax regulations and reporting.
• Assume and hoc project as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably a post graduate in Accounting or financial & Management reputable university and/or relevant qualifications with minimum years experience.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good integrity and initiatives to ensure good compliance within the office and adhered.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficient in Indonesia and English languages in written.
• Computer literate with proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of SAP is advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, min 3-5 years of experience in system analyst, extensive knowledge in Application Development life cycle, share point development and DotNet, working knowledge in integrated ERP in manufacturing environment, working knowledge of programming software including database administration, SQL, etc, excellent understanding of HTTP, XML web services, object oriented C, understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3.

Senior Finance Officer (subject code: SFO)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics majoring in Accounting, min 2-3 years experience in manufacturing field as senior finance officer, understand taxation and account payable cycle, having good knowledge in SAP, posses good working knowledge in MS Office, a good team player and customer oriented, fluent in English both verbal and writing, having good leadership skill, understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3.

Production Technician (subject code: PT)

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) from electrical or mechanical engineering discipline with 2 years working experience, fresh graduated are welcome, posses strong analytical and trouble shooting skills to resolve electrical and mechanical issues, experience in wire bonder machine and DISCO, sawing will be an advantage. Knowledge in PLC, Ladder Diagram and Pneumatic system, understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3.

Planner/Buyer Officer (subject code: PBO)

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from reputable university with 2 years related experience in manufacturing field, good knowledge in production planning and inventory control, understand material requirement planning concept, having knowledge in Purchasing/Buying will be an advantage. Having good coordination and negotiation skills, active English Language (speaking and writing), MS. Excel expertise, understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3.

IT System Administration (subject code: IT)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Degree in Computer Science, information technology or management information system, min 2 years experience as system administrator in manufacturing company environment, knowledge able and experience with windows server 2003&2008, Cisco routers/switches and Siemens Hicom 200 PABX system, a good team player and customer oriented, fluent in English both verbal and writing, understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3.

Industrial Engineer (subject code: IE)

Requirements:

• Degree from Industrial Engineering, min 2 years as Industrial Engineer, fresh graduated are welcome, posses good working knowledge in MS Office, a good team player and customer oriented, fluent in English both verbal and writing, having good leadership skill, understand Q&EHS System (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3.
